About Us
WHO WE ARE?
As a Ukrainian living in Switzerland, I felt compelled to respond,when the war in Ukraine began. An organisation in Zurich sought volunteers to aid in collecting, organizing, and distributing assistance for Ukraine. Without hesitation, I answered their call, eager to contribute in any way possible.
Over time, I realised that establishing my own initiative would allow me to maximize my impact in saving lives. With my intimate knowledge of Ukrainian life and operations, acquired from years of living and working in Kyiv, I understood the urgency and the most effective means of delivering aid, minimizing waste and inefficiency.

Help for the elderly
We at HELP UKRAINE HERE provide humanitarian assistance to older people of Ukraine. We bring food, medicine, and hygiene supplies for older people, their families, and communities.
Help for those who have lost their homes by helping them to rebuild
Help for those who have lost their homes by helping them to rebuild – Estimates vary, but some 1.5 million homes may have been damaged or destroyed due to the conflict.
Help for children
The Ukraine war is causing widespread suffering, anxiety and distress among affected children, many of whom have been separated from their families and friends, had schooling disrupted and lived for months in cold underground bunkers. (UNICEF 2024).
Helping animals
Thousands of animals have been left stranded. Destroyed homes, painful untreated wounds, and a constant search for enough food to survive – these are just a few of the daily struggles dogs, cats, and other animals in Ukraine face after the country was invaded, and their numbers grow with each day the bloody conflict continues.
